Lifetime Warranty Policy

CleanDot stands behind the quality of its products with a Lifetime Limited Warranty for eligible purchases.

Warranty Registration

To qualify for the Lifetime Warranty, the original purchaser must register the product using the barcode provided inside the product packaging.

Registration must be completed after purchase. Products that are not registered may not be eligible for Lifetime Warranty coverage.

What the Warranty Covers

The Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

If a covered product is found to be defective, CleanDot may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the defective product or component
• Provide a comparable replacement if the original product is no longer available

What Is Not Covered

• The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Improper installation
• Damage caused by incorrect water pressure or plumbing conditions
• Accidental damage
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product operation
• Lost or stolen products
• Damage caused by moving, transportation, or improper storage

Warranty Eligibility

The Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Proof of purchase and proof of product registration may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, contact CleanDot customer support with:

• Your order information or proof of purchase
• Your registered product information
• A description of the issue
• Photos or video of the product if requested 

CleanDot may request additional information to determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty.

Replacement Products

A replacement product provided under warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty period. The replacement remains covered under the original purchaser's Lifetime Warranty, subject to the terms of this policy.

CleanDot reserves the right to update this Warranty Policy when necessary. Any changes will not reduce warranty coverage already provided for properly registered products.
