Free shipping on all orders over $50.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States
[Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: 7–14 business days]

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us at support@shopcleandot.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 6 hours and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
